Prescription Refills
Please check your medication supply before each appointment so that we can arrange for refills while you are at the office. If you run out of a routine medication between visits please call us Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Our office staff will check with the doctors and arrange for the refill upon their approval after reviewing your chart. Prescriptions are usually called in at the end of the day.Please have the following information available:
- Pharmacy name and phone number
- Prescription number
- Medication type
- Dosage schedule
