We request that all co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles are paid at the time of service to help control the costs of medical care. Payments may be made by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.  For larger amounts such as surgical fees not covered by insurance,  our office manager will work with you to arrange a payment plan that fits your budget.

We know you are concerned about the cost of your care. We are too, and our staff will be  happy to discuss professional service fees and provide estimates in advance of proposed procedures. Charges for surgery and/or fracture treatment are reasonable and customary for the services provided. These fees include normal follow up care, but not x-rays, casts, bandages, etc.

Our office will file your insurance claims for major procedures. However, you ultimately remain responsible for all services rendered.  If you have questions about reimbursement, we're always available for consultation.
